Guys, I know in a literal sense of the word moment, every moment is a moment, so you don't have to say it in chat, okay? As far as Twitch moments go, I will decide what the twitch moments is, and you'll have zero say on what's a moment or what is not a moment on twitch. Okay? Not everything, is a moment.

Anything, whether it be an object, an event, a person, or literally just a way something is, can be a moment. If it is noteworthy, it's a moment. If it's noteworthily un-noteworthy, it's a moment. Literally anything you could possibly conceive in your brain is a moment if, for whatever reason, it has even the slightest bit of significance to you. If it comes up, physically, emotionally or mentally, and it has even a minimum of significance to you (or is significantly insignificant) then that's a moment. Why?
Well, the livestreaming platform ”Twitch” had, for some time, a feature called “Moments”. Livestreams are interactive TV, and most streams are not scripted. This means that, depending on what exactly the host is streaming, cool things can happen at any moment. The “Moments” feature was meant as a way for hosts to capture moments in which cool things happened: When a cool thing happened, the host could press a button that would create a video clip of the cool thing that happened (for the memories) and award a digital, commemorative badge to all viewers who were there for when it happened.
This feature was very well received. Now, on the Twitch channel Aurateur it actually gained a life of its own, where users eventually started actively asking for “Moments” even when nothing of note actually happened. But the host, Aurateur, reserved Moments for when he thought cool things actually happened, which lead his community to try to work around it by labelling anything and everything as a “Moment”, in hopes of convincing Aurateur to capture it as a moment. Even when the most benign things happened, chatters would write “WHAT A MOMENT!!” in all hype as if something cool happened, that it was “worthy” of being a moment. Of course, when something cool did actually happen, chat went completely off the rails and pressured Aurateur that, yes, this was a fucking moment. The phrase “What a moment!” is now a meme inside that community. I can tell you, these were good times.
Unfortunately, Twitch eventually killed the moments feature. But, its legacy lives on, with users still trying to convince Aurateur that things are a moment, and by me taking it to the real world and labelling anything and everything as a moment if I feel like it - just like Aurateur's Twitch chat.

I remember when I first got my moment badge like it was yesterday. It was yesterday. Aura was as bald as usual. Chat was still a bunch of annoying fucking hooligans. And there is was. The beauty, its magnificence. It descended into my life and found its way to me choosing me as a worthy beholder. I never felt anything like it. I finally feel like a somebody in this life. I'm proud. I'm honored. I truly am. I will carry this moment with me to my grave. This, was my moment.

Aurateur's own fandom wiki is notoriously incomplete, but I just found out that their page on "Moments" is actually one of the really good ones. It describes moments better than I ever could have:
“Twitch Moments or Moments were a stuck-forever-in-beta feature where streamers could clip a unique or special occasion and reward viewers for their presence with a cool looking commemorative chat badge. Ever since its introduction and up until its removal, chat has constantly asked, nagged, and begged Aura for moments, as everyone wants that shiny small golden looking circle thingy behind their usernames. However, when questioned bald man replied, “not every moment is a moment.”
In fact, Twitch chat liked moments so much that they even started claiming at times that they were being “robbed” of moments that they felt entitled to1):
